Cheuk Wan Chow, or Ringo as he is known to everyone in The Dorchester, is the Head Chef of China Tang. In 2005, Ringo moved to London from Hong Kong to take up the post at China Tang of Head Chef, traditionally referred to as Wok Number One in a Cantonese restaurant. Ringo has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Hong Kong and China including the Zhong Sen Club in Guangzhou. Ringo brings this wealth of experience to The Dorchester where China Tang now serves some of the most authentic Cantonese cooking in London.
