Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. You are respectfully advised that the full treatment costs will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given of an appointment cancellation or postponement.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change and relax. You will be provided with a locker, robe and slippers. You are welcome to take a shower prior to a body treatment.
Please advise your therapist prior to your treatment if you suffer from any medical conditions or are taking medications.
The Dorchester Spa reserves the right to decline to administer any treatment.
The Dorchester regrets that due to Health and Safety regulations children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in The Dorchester Spa.
