The gymnasium at The Dorchester Spa is available to resident guests and treatment clients.  It is fully equipped with cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, cycles, Stairmasters, cross trainers and a Concept 2 rowing machine.  Many of the cardiovascular machines have integrated television screens.  The gym also has a wide range of Technogym resistance equipment and a full set of free weights and benches.

Fitness analysis and personal training are available to resident guests by appointment.
